1. 01Who we are

   Poster Land is run by Ivaylo Design, Westerdoksdijk 97, 1013 AD Amsterdam, Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 84207949, VAT (BTW) NL003927123B50. Email milenov.ivaylo@gmail.com.

   These terms apply to every order placed on this website.

2. 02Prices

   All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. Delivery is free from €75; under that it costs €5.95. We deliver within the Netherlands only. If a price on the site is clearly a mistake, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

3. 03Your order

   The agreement is made when you complete checkout and pay. You get a confirmation email straight away. Payment is handled by Shopify's secure checkout; we never see your card details.

4. 04Printing and delivery

   Every poster is printed to order by our print partner in the Netherlands. Unframed posters usually arrive in 3–5 working days, framed ones in 4–6. These are estimates; if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you may cancel it and we refund everything you paid.

   The poster is your responsibility from the moment it is delivered to you.

5. 05Changed your mind? 14 days to return

   You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email (milenov.ivaylo@gmail.com) or with the form at the bottom of this page. Then send the poster back within 14 days of telling us, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours to pay.

   We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same payment method. We may wait until the poster is back with us. If it comes back damaged because of more handling than needed to look at it, we may deduct the loss in value.

6. 06Arrived damaged or misprinted?

   You have the full legal guarantee that what you receive is as described and works as it should. If a poster arrives creased or misprinted, or a frame arrives cracked, email us a photo within two months of noticing and we'll send a new one free of charge, or refund you if that isn't possible. You don't need to send the damaged one back.

7. 07Complaints

   Email milenov.ivaylo@gmail.com and we'll reply within 14 days. If we can't solve it together, Dutch law applies and you can go to the Dutch court, or the court where you live.

8. 08The designs

   All designs are by Poster Land and stay ours. Buying a poster lets you hang it, sell it on or give it away, but not copy, reprint or use the design for anything else.

9. 09Changes

   We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

10. 10Form to cancel your order
