We keep only what we need to get a poster to your wall, and we don't sell or advertise with it.

  1. 01Who is responsible

  2. 02What we collect, and why

    • When you order: your name, delivery address, email, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We need these to print, send and support your order.
    • Payment: handled entirely by Shopify. We see that you paid, never your card or bank details.
    • When you email us: your email address and whatever you write, so we can answer.
    • Visiting the site: anonymous visitor counts (pages viewed, country, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn't build a profile of you.

  3. 03Who we share it with

    Only the companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need:

    • Shopify: our shop system and checkout.
    • Gelato: prints and ships your poster, so it gets your name, address and order.
    • The delivery company (such as DHL or PostNL): your name and address, to deliver the parcel.
    • Vercel: hosts this website.

    Some of these companies also store data outside the EU. They are bound by the EU's standard contract terms for that. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

  4. 04How long we keep it

    Order details for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Emails for up to two years after we last spoke, unless they belong to an order.

  5. 05Cookies

    This site sets one cookie, to remember what's in your bag (kept for 30 days). Shopify's checkout sets the cookies it needs to take your payment. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

  6. 06Your rights

    You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, take them elsewhere, or object to how we use them. Email milenov.ivaylo@gmail.com and we'll answer within a month. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
